The Gabelli High Income ETF is an actively managed, fully transparent exchange-traded fund designed to seek high total return, comprised primarily of current income and secondarily of capital appreciation. Under normal market conditions, the Fund will attempt to achieve its investment objective primarily by investing in high-yield corporate bonds and other debt instruments, with an emphasis on those rated below investment grade (including, but not limited to, bank loans in the form of assignments or participations, payment-in-kind securities, and deferred payment securities).
GBHI’s investment objective is high total return, comprised primarily of current income and secondarily of capital appreciation.

The Fund employs Gabelli’s time-tested, fundamental research process to identify income-producing securities that are undervalued yet financially sound. Each bond is selected through rigorous credit and industry analysis aimed at balancing yield potential with capital preservation.

With an emphasis on “upper-tier” high-yield securities, primarily BB and B rated corporate bonds, the Fund seeks to deliver attractive total returns while maintaining a focus on credit quality, diversification, and downside risk management.
