Mitsuyoshi Kikuchi joined the firm in connection with the launch of the Tokyo office in in 2011 and currently serves as President and COO of Gabelli Japan K.K. He brings more than 30 years of global market experience to the role. Previously, he worked at Mizuho Securities, Macquarie Capital Securities Limited, Jardine Fleming Securities and JP Morgan Chase. He began his career at New Japan Securities working in Tokyo and New York.

Kikuchi graduated from Kansai University of Foreign Studies and completed an exchange program at State University of New York at Albany.
