John Ball is a Senior Vice President at GAMCO Investors, Inc., where he heads the Funds Administration and Fund Investor Relations/Shareholder Services groups and is President and Principal Financial Officer of the Gabelli funds. John is also CEO of G.distributors, LLC and President of Gabelli Funds, LLC. With over two decades of experience in the financial services industry, John specializes in mutual funds and related matters.

Before joining GAMCO, John was Assistant Treasurer of AMG Funds. He holds MBA degrees with honors from Columbia Business School and London Business School.

Outside of work, John enjoys spending time with his family and serves on several non-profit and local government boards and committees.
