Maja Pekala is part of the Client Relations team at GAMCO Investors, where she manages relationships with high-net-worth individuals and institutional clients while supporting the sales of Separately Managed Accounts and mutual funds.

Before joining GAMCO, Maja interned at Morgan Stanley in their Wealth Management division. She also gained valuable experience at Brewer, Attorneys & Counselors and InsurTech, where she contributed to financial analysis and market research.

Maja holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Fordham University. In college, she was also a Division I volleyball player, a role that strengthened her teamwork and leadership skills. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling (having visited over 40 countries) and community involvement, reflecting her commitment to cultural exchange and personal growth.
