Description of Strategy

The Gabelli High Income (GBHI) ETF is an actively managed, fully transparent exchange-traded fund designed to seek a high level of total return through income and capital appreciation. Under normal conditions, the Fund invests primarily in a diversified portfolio of income-producing securities, including high-yield corporate bonds, convertible securities, and other income-generating instruments.

Guided by Gabelli’s Private Market Value with a Catalyst™ investment approach and backed by Gabelli’s extensive research discipline, the Portfolio Manager emphasizes companies and securities with the potential for both attractive yields and capital gains. The strategy seeks to capitalize on market inefficiencies within the credit and hybrid markets—focusing on issuers with strong fundamentals, improving balance sheets, and identifiable catalysts that can unlock value over time.
