  • Build and execute a social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, and messaging and audience identification
  • Assist in developing a uniformed message across our websites and various social media sites
  • Generate, edit, publish, and share content that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
  • Create the look, layout and features of the firm’s multiple websites
  • Set up and optimize our company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of our social content
  • Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community
  • Collaborate with other departments to development content and enhance our strategy.
  • Implement thoughtful UX/UI practices to ensure the best user experience
  • Qualifications:
  • BA/BS degree
  • Demonstrate social media experience and use of their analytical tools
  • Strong time management and organization skills
  • Strong writing, presentation, and communication skills
  • Ability to web design, web development, CRO, and SEO
  • Knowledge of online marketing and the major marketing channels.

  • Assist in helpdesk troubleshooting and technical phone support
  • Responsible for PC and software updates and rollouts
  • Develop reports in Microsoft Access pulling information from various databases and tables
  • Responsible for maintaining IT inventory
  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree preferably in CS/IS or related field.
  • Entry Level
  • Proficient Microsoft Access
  • Knowledgeable in computer programming and networking
  • Ability to carry heavy computer equipment (up to 40lbs)
